Hi, I’m Laura. I’m a licensed esthetician and Certified Acne Specialist with a passion for helping people feel confident in their skin. I created CÈLA Esthetics to offer a more personal approach to skincare—where every treatment is thoughtfully customized to the individual, rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine. My approach combines results-driven treatments, professional skincare, and ongoing education with the relaxing experience I believe every facial should have. Whether you’re struggling with acne, concerned about aging, pigmentation or texture, or simply want to maintain healthy, glowing skin, my goal is to help you understand your skin and create a realistic plan for achieving your goals. For me, CÈLA is about more than improving the way your skin looks. I want every client who walks through my door to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident—and to leave feeling a little better than when they arrived. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure I can provide the best experience for every client, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. The full service fee may still apply. Deposits A deposit may be required for certain services. Deposits are applied toward your appointment and are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, and emergencies will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
